β£ All XS - L sizing is based upon standard supplier sizing by nail shape.
β£ For the best nail sizing , we recommend ordering a nail sizing kit in advance. Please DM us with any questions.
β£ All measurements should be taken in millimeters (mm) based upon the instructions below:
β£ Place transparent tape over nail.
β£ Press down on left & right sidewalls to crease.
β£ Use a pen to mark both sides.
β£ Carefully remove the tape from nail.
β£ Place tape on flat surface and measure in millimeters.
β£ Make note of sizing in millimeters for each nail. Repeat steps accordingly.
Kindly review your measurements before purchasing. Custom-sized orders will be processed according to the provided details, and no refunds will be issued for inaccuracies. We strongly recommend utilizing our sizing kits. Message us with any questions you may have.

Β» RECEIVED WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM(S)?

β£ What is considered a wrong item? Any item that is a different size, color, style or design from what was ordered.
β£ What is considered a damaged item? Any item that is misprinted, arrived with stains that do not come off after washing, or arrived with a large amount of loose stitching / holes.
β£ In order to send you a free replacement, you MUST send us several photos taken in CLEAR lighting (with no shadows or wrinkles) showing the ENTIRE garment (front and back, if applicable) along with closeups of the problem area(s).
Β» DELAYED SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
β£ We are NOT responsible for any shipping delays caused by: the busy holiday season (nor other peak times), wrong addresses entered by the customer, wrong deliveries by the mail carrier, packages processed as "Return to Sender" due to an "Insufficient Address" or failed delivery attempts.
Β» LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE(S)
β£ If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:
- Make sure the address you entered is correct.
- Check around your mailbox, porch, garage, any area out of potential weather hazards, exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed.
- Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
- Check with others in your house that may have accepted it and with your neighbors.
- In rare cases, packages may be marked as "delivered" prematurely and can take up to 24 hours later to actually be delivered.
